I’ve gotten some good photos with a variety of cameras through the years — currently a Canon PowerShot is my go-to weapon of choice. I’ve also acquired a bit of expertise with digital SLRs, notably the Nikon D70 and its ilk, which are especially good for sports/action shots. Over the years I’ve think I’ve developed a good sense of color and a practiced eye — the sense of what makes for a compelling shot, and how to frame it in a way to produce something memorable. But hell, judge for yourself.
